ORDER
The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.627 of 2024 from the file of the Subodinate Court, Poonamallee to the file of the learned Sub Judge, Tiruvarur.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3.The petitioner/wife expressing inconvenience to travel about 300 kms to attend the hearings before the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, has sought for transfer of HMOP.No.627 of 2024 to the file of the Sub-Court, Tiruvarur. Even before the Sub-Court, Tiruvarur, the presence of the parties is not be mandatory. Taking into account the convenience of the wife, the grievances expressed by the petitioner, I am inclined to accept the transfer request.
4.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.627 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the Sub-Court, Tiruvarur. The Sub-Court, Tiruvarur, on transfer of the above proceedings, shall not insist on the physical presence of the respondent/husband for all hearing dates, except where it would be absolutely necessary.
