2. Suffice to say that the captioned application has been taken out with a prayer to amend the main Arb OP as an inadvertent typographical / secretarial error has crept in qua name of Hon'ble Arbitrator whose mandate is sought to be terminated.

3. Mr.Avinash Wadhwani, learned counsel adverting to support affidavit submits that inadvertent error came to light only when the matter was listed for hearing. This is articulated in paragraph No.3.
