2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2024 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.557 of 2025, on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.
