..Respondent(s) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023., to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court order in para 7(c) in Crl.Op.No.4919 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II Dharmapuri, twice a day at 10.30 A.M, and 5.30 P.M. for a period of eight weeks and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 09.03.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.4919 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 7(b) of the order dated 09.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 4919 of 2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri, once a week ie., every Friday at 5.00 p.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is Modified. 06-04-2026 MPA
