2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order dated 26.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 35926 of 2025 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is Modified. 01-04-2026 MPA To
