This writ petition is filed directing the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2022 and dispose of the same forthwith.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for 1/3
the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
3. In view of such submissions, this Court grants leave to withdraw this case with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
