This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to give back the original copies of transfer certificate and SSC Certificate and to reimburse the caution deposit.
2. This Court before delve into the merits of the case, while looking at the respondents details it appears that the 1st respondent is at New Delhi and the 2nd respondent is at Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, prima faciely this Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of jurisdiction. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court. No costs.
