(3) 04165011309 and (4)04165011229 both are commercial services for the purpose of Godown, quash he same and consequently direct the respondents to grant instalments to the petitioner to pay th arrears amount of Rs.10,91,409/- based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2019.
