W.P.No. 2263 of 2018 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., A death occurred of a child of the petitioner who fell into a pit in the land which had been leased out to the first and second respondents by the fourth respondent.

Let the first and second respondents file an affidavit whether, the death occurred in the land in which they had taken lease and if so whether they are, or are not, concerned with the death of the child and whether the life of a child has any value at all, according to them.

For filing such an affidavit by the first respondent, list the matter on 09.01.2023.
