Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry to remove the wrongful entry namely the property admeasuring 38 Ares comprised in S.No.143/2 from Patta No.607 standing in the name of the deceased Chellamuthu and include the property admeasuring 38 Ares comprised in S.No.143/2 in Patta No.216 standing jointly in the name of the petitioner and petitioner's son, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2023. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the wrongful entry made in Survey No.143/2 in Patta No.607 standing in the name of the fifth respondent.. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits after hearing the fifth respondent and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
