ORDER
The petitioners apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No. 99 of 2026, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that due to parking issue, petitioners while driving the car had dashed against the defacto complainant's vehicle, due to which, defacto complainant sustained injuries. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the occurrence took place on 20.03.2026 and the injured victim is still taking treatment in the hospital. He further submitted that the 2nd petitioner is not an accused in this case.
3. Taking into consideration the peculiar circumstances of the case that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital and the fact that 2nd petitioner is not an accused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
