This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in WL.OR. No. 2 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent officer.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was said to have put up electric fencing in his land without getting proper permission from the electricity board in order to prevent the animals from damaging the crops and also three elephants were struck in the electric fencing and died. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
