This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 14.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.12312 of 2020, has dismissed the petition. He further submitted that in the said order, in paragraph No.3, it has been wrongly mentioned as "The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police have only to file final report" and the same requires to be rectified. Thus he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the order dated 14.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12312 as "Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is at initial stage and the accused persons are yet to be arrested " in paragraph 3 of the order and issue order copy afresh.
