Crl.M.P.No.5672 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4879 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4879 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4697 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023 is modified to the effect that 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
