In earlier, while deciding the application in A.No.7197 of 2019 dated 14.10.2020, this Court decided and passed an elaborate order, stating that this Court is not having any jurisdiction to entertain this petition filed in O.P.No.474 of 2018, by observing as the Children, are now stayed in France.
