This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para (3) imposed on Crl.M.P.No.18401 of in Crl.O.P.No.24631 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
