2. Heard M/s.Iyer and Thomas, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Initially all these complaints were filed before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi and thereafter they were transferred to Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai, pursuant to the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Dashrath Rupsingh Rathod Vs. State of Maharastra 2014(4) CTC 666. Now, the Central Government has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued ordinance "The Negotiable Instruments (Amendment), Second Ordinance, 2015 nullifying the effect of Supreme Court judgment.

4. Under such circumstances, these petitions are closed, so as to enable the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet to re-transfer the cases to the original Court, in view of aforesaid ordinance.
