This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed para no.3 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18253 of 2024 order dated 21.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25702 of 2024 order dated 28.10.2024 in the above Crime No.600 of 2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25702 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18253 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25702 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is relaxed.
