This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30538 of 2022, dated 05.01.2023, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed. He further submitted that investigation is completed, final report is also filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.291 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

3.In the circumstances stated, this Court allows this petition and the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is totally relaxed.
