Respondents Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17014 of 2014 dated 31.10.2017. Petition praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. 10037/2013 dated 19.6.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners as a permanent Jeep Driver in the existing vacancy in Panchayat Unions namely Thanjavur Orathanadu and Peravurani Panchayat Union.
