This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to drop further proceeding/close the Crime No.979 of 2021 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2022 & 16.04.2022.

2. Considering the fact that the case has been registered for theft of Jewels and according to the defacto complainant, missing of Jewels were found in the same premises. Therefore, no further action is required. Since the police has already started the investigation, it is for them to file the report either positive or negative after conducting proper investigation and such exercise shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
