This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2025 seeking police protection.

2. Heard Mr.P.Kalimuthu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the second respondent must ensure the safety of the petitioner while attending enquiry.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
