ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday Page No.1 of 4

at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31420 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31420 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
