(i) Commutation of Pension ii) Surrender Leave Salary iii) special Provident Fund Closure iv) DCRG V) Provisional Pension Arrears and Salary Arrears within the time frame by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to pay a simple interest at 18 percentage P.A. on the delayed payment of Retrial benefits viz. (i) Commutation of Pension ii) Surrender Leave Salary iii) special Provident Fund Closure iv) DCRG V) Provisional Pension Arrears and Salary Arrears within the time frame by this Court.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the terminal benefits of the petitioner has been belatedly paid to the petitioner on 28.09.2022. Therefore, he seeks interest on belated payment of terminal benefits. In this regard, he has given a representation to the respondents on 24.11.2022. However, the 2/5

same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, the fourth respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2022 with regard to belated payment of retiral benefits and pass Orders on the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
