The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thereafter, she has taken out an application to set aside the exparte order and it is pending before the Sub-Court, Alandur in I.A.No.1 of 2026 under Order 9 Rule 7 of CPC., and it is posted on 18.06.2026 for counter in the said application.

Recording the said details, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed with liberty to file a fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in case if the exparte order passed against petitioner (wife) is set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
