O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioners is to direct the second respondent to permit them to write their first year examinations to be conducted from 29.05.2018 for the Academic Year 2017-18.
2. It is admitted that the examinations are over and the petitioners could not have written the examinations.
3. In such circumstances, this Court is able to see that the prayer has become infructuous and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
4. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However there shall be no order as to costs.
