This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 22.6.2015 in CSR.No.364/2015 given by the petitioner and to recover the original documents of the petitioner from the persons mentioned in the complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.364 of 2015.
