Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioners are before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition of this Court.

Further, he submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on 07.01.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is totally relaxed. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
