Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Na.Ka.G2/4548/2016 (e/f/$p/2/4548/2016)which culminated in issuing the order dated 17.10.2016 by the Second Respondent and quash the same and direct the second respondent to implement in G.O.Ms.No1762, Revenue Department dated 02.06.1970. ORDER
1.The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent dated 17.10.2016 to quash the same and to direct the second respondent to implement the Government order in G.O.Ms.No1762, Revenue Department, dated 02.06.1970. 2.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that since the petitioner has not given the details of the land in his representation, the second respondent has passed the impugned order dated 17.10.2016, calling upon the petitioner to give the details of the land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.On a perusal of the representation given by the petitioner, it is clear that the petitioner has not given any details with regard to the land. Further, the learned Government Advocate submitted that, in the event of the petitioner giving fresh representation with full details, the second respondent would consider and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.In these circumstances, I direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with all details with regard to the land and on submission of the said representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
5.With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
