PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the 2nd respondent herein to provide police protection to the petitioner's family and the property based on complaint dated 10.08.2015 in CSR No.321 of 2015. For Petitioner :

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's family and the property based on complaint dated 10.08.2015 in CSR No.321 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has succeeded in O.S.No.205 of 2012 on 08.05.2015, by virtue of which, Velayutham's suit itself was dismissed. On the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.321 of 2015 and the said Velayutham has agreed not to dump garbage in the land of the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to afford sufficient protection to ensure that the said Velayutham does not unnecessarily disturb the petitioner's property. With the above said direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
