D.Babu ..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the fifth respondent for illegal extraction of energy in respect of E.B. Service Connection No.01-109-011-837 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2016 and also to forbear the second and third respondents from taking any action against the petitioner for illegal extraction of energy by the fifth respondent.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the fifth respondent for illegal extraction of energy in respect of E.B. Service Connection No.01-109-011-837 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2016 and also to forbear the second and third respondents from taking any action against the petitioner for illegal extraction of energy by the fifth respondent.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-TANGDCO made a submission that the Electricity Service Connection has already been disconnected on 28.09.2016 itself. Therefore, the parties have to approach the Authorities for further action or for resolving the issues. 3.This being the factum informed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities for the purpose of redressal of his grievances if any exists.
