This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members and petitioner's property based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2015 in CSR No.180 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is alleged by the petitioner that despite civil decrees in his favour, the opposite parties are disturbing the possession of his property. In this connection, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.180 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No. 180 of 2015 by calling the opposite party and to take action in accordance with law safeguarding the property of the petitioner.

With the above said direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
