ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Family Judge Pondicherry to dispose of HMOP.No.517 of 2021 with a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed HMOP seeking for divorce before the Family Judge Pondicherry and the case is posted for evidence of P.W.1 on 17.03.2024 and proof affidavit also filed. The respondent has been seeking adjournment regularly and not cooperating for the Trial proceedings. As on date, there is no progress in the Trial. Hence, he filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking to to dispose of HMOP.No.517 of 2021 with a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Family Judge Pondicherry is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.517 of 2021 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No Costs. Pending petition, if any, is/are closed.
