PRAYER : Writ Petition No.24656 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate steps to relocate the TASMAC shop No.8215 at Thalur village in Pandalur Taluk, The Nilgiris District based on the representation dated 12.7.2017.

However, the Tahsildar of Pandalur Taluk has not been impleaded, but the Tahsildar of Gudalur Taluk has been impleaded.

2. Leave is given to the petitioners to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions curing the defects.
