Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa.45/2020, so as to bring an amicable settlement and to submit his failure report to the 1st respondent, if there is no possibility for any settlement ; directing the 1st respondent to refer the dispute for adjudication to the 3rd respondent Tribunal, based on receipt of such failure report, both within a specified time and forbear the respondents 5 to 7 and their officials from altering the conditions of service of the petitioner Union's members/workers adversely till the conciliation proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa45/2020 is either settled or adjudicate and till the dispute in O.p.No.25/2020 is adjudicated by the 3rd respondent Tribunal.

When the matter is taken up to day for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
