W.M.P.No.12007 of 2024 in W.P.No.9354 of 2024 W.M.P.No.12007 of 2024 in W.P.No.9354 of 2024 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.
The writ petition challenges the seniority list.
2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without considering the objection raised by the petitioner in respect of the tentative seniority list, the seniority list has been finalized.
3. Since numerous persons are involved and the petitioner has also challenged the very fixation of the seniority and everybody will be affected by the order that may be passed, hence, this Court in the earlier hearing felt that the order cannot be passed in the absence of the employees. In view thereof, this miscellaneous petition is filed to implead some of the affected parties in the representative capacity.
4. Considering the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition, this petition is ordered.
5. The second respondent viz., The Chief Engineer, Agricultural Engineering Department shall circulate a notice to all the employees concerned, wherever the employees in the seniority list are working stating that this writ petition is being taken up by this Court and they are deemed to be impleaded as respondents in this case and if any of the candidates wanted to appear before this Court, they shall appear and submit their objections or contest the matter. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
