O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner, claiming to be a member of Kattunayakan Community, classified as Scheduled Tribe Community, has made an application on 8/5/2015, enclosing relevant documents, including the Community Certificate issued in favour of his brother viz., M.Paramasivam. Without waiting for the reasonable time, the petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to issue a requisite certificate.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and after having proper enquiry, as required under law, an appropriate order shall be passed within a reasonable time.
4. In view of the above, we are not inclined to pass any other direction, except to consider the representation dated 8/5/2015 of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass proper order within a reasonable time.
