This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2015 in C.S.R.No.493 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.493 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
