This petition has been filed to modify the common order dated 13.12.2021 made in W.P.No.28335 of 2014 for the reason that the survey number in respect of the petitioner's property given below in the present affidavit is not covered under the above said acquisition proceedings.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to modify the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28335 of 2014.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
