This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28059 of 2022 vide order dated 16.11.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a,m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
