This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the respondents 3 and 4 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent / 1st defendant.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the 1st defendant died on 28.12.2023. The 2nd defendant is already a legal heir and now by this application, the 3rd and 4th respondents are sought to be impleaded are also the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that it would only be appropriate that the issues in the suit are examined in the presence of all the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent / 1st defendant and also of the fact that notice had been served and counsel had entered appearance, Application stands allowed. 02.07.2024 smv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
