These petitions have been filed to to set aside the order dated 04.04.2002 pertaining to Criminal M.P.Nos.201 of 2002 and 202 of 2002 in Suo motou proceedings in Dis. No.52 of 2002 in CC No.7 of 1997 on the file of the Special Judge No.1/XI Additional Judge, Chennai further directing the trial court to furnish the true and correct tamil version of all the records concerned in the proceedings in a neat, legible and readably typed so as to enable the petitioner to participate in such Suo- Motou proceedings initiated by the trial court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the main case itself, the trial is over and the case has reached its finality and nothing survives in this petition.
