The applicant herein filed the present suit, complaining infringement of registered trademark and passing off the goods.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application it is stated by the applicant that the respondents/defendants are selling the offending goods through online platforms and the infringing products sold by the respondents through E-Commerce portals were delivered at Besant Nagar, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. In view of the said averments, a part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and consequently, the leave petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the suit and list the case on 19.04.2023.
