This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Public Prosecutor [Pondy] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has given a complaint. In connection with this, he was called for enquiry.
4. Under such circumstances, a blanket order cannot be granted and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry. During the enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
