Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Letter No.84/23557/2011 dated 04-11-2011 sent by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue Provisional Certificate and consolidated Mark Sheet of BBM(CA) degree course pertaining to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This writ petition is directed against the communication dated 04.11.2011, whereby, the first respondent has informed to the third respondent that the petitioner may be asked to write the foundation course in Environmental Studies, so as to enable him to complete the BBM (CA) degree and get his provisional certificate.

2.Though the prayer made in the writ petition is to challenge the communication dated 04.11.2011 issued by the first respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to write the Foundation Course in Environmental Studies, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so as to complete the B.B.M.(C.A) degree course. As such, he prayed for appropriate direction in this regard. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

4.Having regard to the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to submit an application to the respondents and the respondents, on receipt of such application, shall grant permission to the petitioner to write the Foundation Course in Environmental Studies, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
