Seeking quashment of the impugned regulations in the first respondent's approval process hand book 2011-12 dated 10.12.2010 and for consequential relief, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the relief sought for by the petitioner being related to academic year 2011-2012, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Mps are closed.
