CMP No.12694 of 2025: Petition filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 and the 2nd respondent as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner Natanasabapathy in CRP No.1323 of 2023. CMP No.12695 of 2025: Petition filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 and the 2nd respondent as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner Natanasabapathy in CRP No.1309 of 2023. CMP No.12696 of 2025: Petition filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 and the 2nd respondent as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner Natanasabapathy in CRP No.1316 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners 2 to 4 and the leaned counsel for the respondent in the civil revision petitions.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection in ordering these petitions in view of the same having been necessitated on account of the demise of the 1st petitioner Natanasabapathy.

4. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and no prejudice would be caused to the proposed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Sr second respondent if these applications are ordered since he is in anyway is shown as one of the legal heirs of 1st petitioner Natanasabapathy.

5. In view of the above, all the petitions are ordered.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the civil revision petition on 06.08.2025.
