ORDER

These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.4495 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026, and for extension of time by a further period of two weeks to execute the sureties as directed therein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are daily wages and are finding it difficult to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/(Rupees Twenty Thousand Rupees only).

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed in Para No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.4495 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

4. Further, a period of two weeks time is granted to comply with the modified condition, from the date on which, the order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted.

5.
