CRIME NO.669 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders in in Crl.OP.No.5814 of 2021 on 09.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6 Clause (b) of the order dated 09.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5814 of 2021
2. This Court, vide order dated 09.04.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed, modifying the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
