PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action as per the representation of the petitioner dated 3.4.2015, 13.04.2015 and to take action in accordance with law and to issue suitable direction. ORDER

It appears that the petitioner has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.113 of 2013 on the file of District Munsif's Court, Thiruthuraipoondi and obtained an order of interim injunction in I.A.No.380 of 2013. Alleging that the said order has been violated by the private parties, who are defendants in the suit, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondents. On their failure to take action, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the present writ petition is filed.

2. This Court does not find any ground to entertain this writ petition. If the petitioner has got the order of interim injunction from a competent Civil Court for any alleged violation, she has to file further application against the respondents/defendants in the said case instead of either approaching the respondents herein or this Court without impleading the said third parties. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
